Our research projects hold the promise of discovering treatments and cures for cancer, diabetes, heart disease, developmental disorders, and other conditions.
No matter the size, your gift to the Cell and Regenerative Biology Department joins with the contributions of other alumni and friends to move our discoveries forward. There are many ways to give, all of which help support today’s students, emerging and translational research opportunities, and outreach programs for tomorrow’s cures.
Patricia J. Keely Memorial Fund
In honor of Dr. Keely’s unwavering service to the UW and her impact on our department, this fund will be used to inspire young and experienced scientists alike to carry on her legacy. Your gift could help us:
- Launch the Patricia Keely Prize for meritorious dissertation research by a doctoral scientist;
- Establish a new award to recognize scientific achievements by research trainees;
- Provide seed funding for collaborative research projects;
- Support seminars for visiting speakers.
Excellence in Cell and Regenerative Biology Fund
Your gift could help support our research, teaching and outreach initiatives not typically funded through traditional sources in the areas of developmental, cell, and regenerative biology projects focused on regenerative medicine and stem cell applications. Importantly, your support could help with the training of our students, the future scientists in these areas.
Cell and Regenerative Biology Sense of Community Fund
Your gift could help support events that strengthen and build a productive research community such as welcome events for new faculty and collaboration initiatives.
